A deeply grounding and restorative Ayurvedic massage using rhythmic, flowing movements, warm oils and traditional Marma point activation.

About Abhyanga

Abhyanga is an ancient Ayurvedic practice traditionally used to nourish, ground and invigorate the body and mind. At Soul Station, the treatment uses rhythmic, flowing massage movements together with warm oils selected to suit your individual constitution, or Prakriti.

Traditional Marma point activation is incorporated through the treatment, working with the body’s energetic pathways to encourage a sense of flow, balance and renewal.

The treatment finishes with warm oil applied to the head and a soothing Indian head massage, creating a nurturing close and time to settle deeply into the experience.
