About Mirimiri

Mirimiri at Soul Station is intuitive bodywork and energetic healing, shaped through touch, listening and my learnt knowledge of the body. Rather than following a fixed massage sequence, the treatment responds to what is present for you on the day and where your body may be asking for care, softness or grounding.

I bring more than 30 years of experience across massage and mirimiri to this work. My approach holds Tinana, Hinengaro and Wairua together, recognising that the physical body, our emotional world and our inner sense of connection do not sit separately from one another.

The intention is to offer a warm, nurturing space where you can reconnect with your body, settle more deeply into yourself and receive care that is individual to you — body, heart and soul.

A little more about my Mirimiri approach.

What is Mirimiri at Soul Station?

I'd describe Mirimiri as intuitive bodywork and energetic healing. My treatment is individualised, bringing together touch, experience and an awareness of the physical and energetic aspects of the person.

Is Mirimiri the same as a standard massage?

No. Massage skills are part of my background, but my Mirimiri approach is intentionally responsive rather than a fixed massage routine. I work with what is present in the body and the person on the day.

How is Mirimiri different from Romiromi?

Mirimiri is the gentler of the two descriptions within my current Australian offerings, centred on intuitive bodywork and energetic healing. Romiromi is described as deeper bodywork with a stronger focus on deeper release and integration.

How long is a Mirimiri session?

A Bellingen Mirimiri session is 60 minutes and is currently $100 AUD.
