ROMIROMI — BELLINGEN BOOKING LINK
Deep tissue bodywork guided by deep listening, breath and sound, creating space for release, reconnection and renewed flow.
About Romiromi
I have been a bodyworker for more than 35 years. My Romiromi work is intuitive, grounded and guided by deep listening, with each session shaped around the person receiving the treatment rather than a fixed routine.
Within my practice, Romiromi works with the deeper layers of the body and the stories or experiences a person may carry with them. The work honours where you have come from and where you are now, creating space to gently and intentionally meet what feels ready for attention.
Breath and sound may be used to support the opening of tension patterns and held emotion. I describe this as channel work — supporting movement, alignment, balance and vitality as giver and receiver connect through the treatment.
Deep listening, movement and connection
Each Romiromi session unfolds according to what your body is ready for, with traditional tools incorporated where they support the process.
Deep listening
The treatment is individualised and responsive, grounded in my experience, intuition and attentive listening.
Breath & sound
Breath and sound may be woven into the session to support deeper work, movement and release.
Channel work
My approach creates space for tension patterns to open and for a renewed sense of movement, alignment and flow.
Traditional tools
Kōhatu, sound and vibration, or rākau may be incorporated where appropriate to the individual session.
